Assistant Principal

Erin is a dedicated, education leader devoted to students' social emotional well-being and academic excellence. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Masters of Science in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State University. She also holds a Masters of Art in Holistic Thinking from The Graduate Institute and her Intermediate Administrator Certification from Sacred Heart University.

Erin began her career as a special education teacher for the Milford Public Schools, specializing in autism and other developmental disabilities. Prior to coming to Westport, she was the Teacher Leader at Calf Pen Meadow School in Milford Public Schools which is recognized as a Kind Campus through the Ben’s Bells organization. Through her leadership, the school community including staff, students and families created a “Be Kind” mural in the school lobby. The mural serves as a constant reminder about the positive impacts of intentional kindness and to inspire people to practice kindness as a way of life.

Throughout her career in the Milford Public Schools, Erin has provided leadership in the areas of Teacher Education and Mentoring (TEAM) Program, Response to Intervention (RTI), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Responsive Classroom and High-Quality Instruction. Erin’s expertise on collaboration and coaching has led to building positive relationships with staff based on trust and respect with colleagues.

Erin looks forward to building positive relationships with students and staff recognizing that a positive learning environment fosters confidence and encourages both staff and students to reach their fullest potential.

Erin is a lifelong learner who embraces challenges with a growth mindset. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her family. She loves walking their dog, Harper and watching her sons on the baseball field and basketball court.
