Vittoria (Vicki) Fielosh is a passionate and caring administrative leader with more than 20 years in education. She earned her Sixth Year Degree in Educational Leadership from Sacred Heart University, a Masters in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
Vicki began her career in special education at Beecher Road School in Woodbridge, servicing students in kindergarten through grade six. After four years, she continued her career in special education at the middle school level at Amity Region 5. Vicki has mentored new teachers and supervised student teachers. She did quite a bit of work at the building and district level in developing and implementing an advisory program at the middle level to foster connections within the school community. Vicki has developed a variety of workshops for staff and families, and has presented at the local and regional level. Additionally, Vicki is an adjunct professor at Fairfield University where she teaches a graduate course in special education focusing on assistive technology.
Vicki loves to travel with her husband and two sons. During her free time she enjoys walks along the beach with her dog, Maggie. She loves to bake and make homemade pizza in their backyard oven.
